3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base onto the prepared foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is level before spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability.
The user should tailor the manufacturing and installation of the wedge to suit their specific conditions, ensuring a meticulously finished contact surface.
Achieve even contact on the inclined plane, ensuring that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure utmost precision. The axial level precision requirement is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by verifying the following prerequisites before initiation:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off for safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;

4) Inspect and clean the motor's installation plane to eliminate any debris or contaminants;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for flexibility during motor adjustments;
6) Have a sufficient supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets for motor support, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, ensuring stability and precision during measurement;
9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, allowing the probe to gauge the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Follow specific instructions to achieve a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, reviewing and refining outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling,;
12) After successful motor idling tests, install the coupling's intermediate section for complete alignment.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical or trial operations, revisit and retighten these bolts for assurance.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid incursions could irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure that inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade.If discrepancies exist, rectify them promptly. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Facilitate smooth compressor operations by properly installing the inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for appropriate pipeline accessory placement, ensuring that the pipeline weight is supported by an independent bracket, not the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you can proceed with the compressor operation test.
