The ingenious core principle is that the secondary steam, birthed by the evaporator, is deftly compressed using a high-performance, energy-efficient steam compressor. This compression efficiently transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature then allows the secondary steam to journey back to the evaporator, where it ingeniously heats the materials, generating further evaporation. Thus, this process elegantly achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainability and innovation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on its designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustments.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges,
crafted and installed by you, should ensure even contact across inclined surfaces, enhancing stability and durability.
Note: The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Achieve precise leveling using a high-quality level. The unit's axial level should be within 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must adhere to 0.10/1000mm standards.
Ensure exactness for optimal operation.

3.3.3 Center the coupling system. Prior to alignment, ensure the following preparatory steps are meticulously followed:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is perfectly clean and flat, free from debris and unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy adjustments during alignment.
6) Gather sufficient, high-quality stainless steel gaskets for motor support; these must be attachment-free and uniformly flat. Avoid using overly long or slender gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer for superior precision.
8) Have a reliable bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the subsequent diagram.

9) Attach the motor wheel hub bracket to mount a dial indicator accurately, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) With finesse, adjust the motor feet bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum permissible outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the coupling’s outer circle runout and the end face runout for perfection..
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post successful motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts for stability. Post mechanical operation or trial run, retighten these bolts for assured longevity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must remain free from both solid and liquid intrusions to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean, adhering to the specified steam corrosion grade requirements. Address any discrepancies immediately.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure that all pipelines comply with the PI diagram and are supported independently to prevent undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and accompanying equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully set, you're ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This step is crucial for ensuring that everything is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter range of the compressor. For optimal safety and aesthetics, the wiring should be expertly connected using threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is strategically placed, ensure to accurately connect the wiring terminals in the control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
