Consequently, this temperature rise allows the secondary steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials to induce evaporation, thereby achieving the remarkable feat of recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.
The DML series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is an engineering marvel, principally encompassing an intricately designed compressor body—featuring components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal—along with a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. 3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base as a single unit on the robust foundation. Elegantly place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, a clever design to achieve impeccable unit leveling.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, skillfully perform spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Craft and install the wedge with precision, tailored to the actual circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is finished to perfection, achieving even contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Attain unparalleled precision using a level. The meticulous leveling requirements are: the unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal level 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Prior to the commencement of alignment, adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely off;
2) Gently remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from foreign particles, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening to finely adjust the motor;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. These gaskets must be free of attachments and immaculately flat. Do not use long and thin gaskets for adjustment between motor and base;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Have ready a bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket impressively mounts a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, and the dial indicator probe is expertly placed on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By adjusting the motor foot adjustment bolts with finesse, align the compressor and motor center lines seamlessly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm, and the coupling end face deviation is between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and reassess the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for perfection;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Following a mechanical run or trial, loosen then retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any unwanted solid or liquid encountering it risks causing irreversible harm. It's essential to confirm that the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. Consider the addition of a solid-liquid separation apparatus (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with pertinent accessories as prescribed by the PI diagram. It is crucial that the pipeline connected to the compressor be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring its weight is never borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment has been meticulously installed and the robust concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the seamless functionality and unmatched performance of your compressor system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a hub of control and efficiency, should be strategically installed within a precise 5-meter range of the compressor. For optimal safety and aesthetics, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be skillfully routed underground using threading pipes. Post-installation, ensure that the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet are meticulously connected with the lines at the remote DCS, ushering in a new era of streamlined operations.
