The ingenious operation of this system involves the use of highly efficient steam compressors to elevate the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy results in the secondary steam returning to the evaporator. Here, it heats the materials, induces evaporation, and effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization, showcasing a remarkable feat of sustainable engineering.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is an engineering marvel that comprises several key components including the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrumentation, and an advanced anti-surge control system. This sophisticated apparatus boasts a compact design that simplifies maintenance, ensuring reliability and longevity. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base on the designated foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath this base to facilitate precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving level perfection, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4-5 strategic points.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge, tailored to their specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is perfectly finished for uniform inclined plane contact.
The load-bearing limit for these wedge irons must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain exactness. The parameters for leveling are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal alignment of 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain these meticulous standards for optimal unit performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) Disarm the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for precision alignment;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, devoid of any foreign particles, dirt, or obstructions.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring no obstructions and optimal flatness. Avoid using elongated gaskets incorrectly between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer).
8) Ready the support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the schematics below;

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) By adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, adhering to a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Note: The motor shaft center should slightly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center; coupling face deviation should range between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by meticulously tightening the motor foot bolts, and verifying the coupling's outer circle and end face runout accuracy.;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial, revisit and re-tighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, an ultra-high-speed component, is susceptible to irreparable damage from any intruding solids or liquids. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's stringent steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short must be immediately rectified.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, equip import and export pipelines with relevant accessories. Note: These pipelines require independent support brackets and should not rely on the compressor for weight bearing.
3.3.7 Once the principal fan and its auxiliary components are securely positioned and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, you may proceed with the exhilarating compressor operation test. This pivotal moment signals the readiness of your system to embark on its remarkable journey of efficiency.
3.3.8 The installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a favorable 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring process demands precision, requiring threading pipes that seamlessly descend underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, initiate the vital connection from the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS, ensuring everything is perfectly synchronized for optimal operation.
