3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons meticulously, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled. Subsequently, execute a precise spot weld on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points to enhance stability.
Craft and install the wedges according to practical conditions. Guarantee the contact surface is meticulously finished to achieve even contact on inclined planes. Note: the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain precision. The unit leveling criteria demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Proceed with coupling alignment, ensuring all preparatory measures are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield for clear access;
3) Withdraw the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness. Ensure it's free from foreign objects, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt hole is adequately large to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Secure sufficient stainless steel gaskets beneath the motor's feet. These gaskets must be immaculate and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated, slim gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, supplied by the customer;
8) Arrange for a supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet so the compressor and motor center lines are perfectly aligned. The maximum deviation on the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section after the motor's idling test is satisfactorily completed.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are set, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can cause catastrophic damage. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are meticulously clean and compliant with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified.It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to prevent damage.
3.3.6 Integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with appropriate pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. The pipelines must be supported independently, with their weight not burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the primary fan and its supporting equipment securely installed, and the concrete perfectly set, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the unit. This proximity ensures optimal connectivity, achieved through underground threading pipes that link the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is secured, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into your system.
