The resultant heated steam is then redirected back to the evaporator to heat the materials, inducing further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims, strategically placed, to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling, then spot weld at 4~5 key points for stability.
These wedges should be custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions, with the contact surfaces finely finished.
Ensure the inclined plane has uniform contact, as the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity should not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a level. The unit's axial level precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures the highest accuracy for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Precise coupling centering is essential. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following conditions are met:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring no foreign material or debris is present.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustment.
6) Secure ample flat stainless steel gaskets to underlay the motor feet, ensuring no attachments or irregularities.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm precision, sourced by the customer.
8) Set up a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust motor foot bolts meticulously so the compressor and motor align almost perfectly, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and inspect the coupling for both outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) After conducting the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, retighten them for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is critical, rotating at high speeds. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irrevocable damage. Thus, ensure that pipelines connecting to the compressor are pristine and meet system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. Additionally, it is wise to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Pipelines must adhere to the PI diagram specifications, with external supports for pipelines, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete has reached its full strength, the time has come to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes to smoothly guide the wiring underground, linking the compressor seamlessly to the electric control cabinet.
