This elevated temperature and pressure propel the secondary steam back into the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, leading to further evaporation. Through this cyclical process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is ingeniously recycled, maximizing efficiency and sustainability.
The DM Series Single-Stage Geared Steam Compressor stands out with its meticulously engineered components, including the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, sophisticated lubrication system, powerful motor, precision electric instrumentation, and an advanced anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed upon its foundation. To ensure utmost stability, insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust its level precisely. These shims are crucial for maintaining an impeccable balance.
Carefully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly level, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them in place.
Users must manufacture and install the wedge according to specific requirements and conditions, ensuring that the contact surface is flawlessly finished for even contact on the inclined plane.
The robust bearing capacity of each wedge iron should strictly not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The meticulous leveling requirements are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Achieving these standards is paramount for optimal performance.
3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure the following critical steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section methodically;
4) Thoroughly inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt size, allowing seamless adjustments to the motor position;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to underpin the motor feet. Ensure these gaskets are free from attachments and maintain perfect flatness, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy level of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Arrange the bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the hub's edge, precisely placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through meticulous adjustments of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines expertly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm and the motor shaft center line is strategically higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation maintained within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Once alignment is complete, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, ensure the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing by tightening the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation, review by loosening and retightening the bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating masterpiece, demands the utmost protection. Any foreign solid or liquid intrusions can lead to irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere strictly to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines that fall short must undergo rectification with urgency.To safeguard against this, it's highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram for the installation of relevant pipeline accessories. The pipeline linked to the compressor must rely on an external bracket for support, ensuring no part of its weight burdens the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Following the installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and with the concrete foundation fully set and solidified, you are now poised to commence the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal phase where the equipment's readiness and efficacy are put to the ultimate test, ensuring that every element is in peak condition for optimum performance.
3.3.8 It's imperative to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For a seamless connection, ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is threaded through conduit piping, which should be securely laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is accurately positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the distant DCS, establishing a robust and reliable connection that guarantees precise control and monitoring capabilities.
