MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, represents a cutting-edge energy-saving breakthrough. This state-of-the-art technology dramatically curtails external energy requirements by ingeniously repurposing the energy from secondary steam that it generates. The fundamental principle involves compressing secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process innovatively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this heated steam is redirected back to the evaporator to efficiently heat materials and induce evaporation, thus achieving the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

It comprises key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin, place the compressor base integrally on the foundation, ensuring it is perfectly level by placing wedge-shaped shims underneath. These shims are vital for adjusting the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring the unit is leveled accurately. Once aligned, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for stability. Please note, these wedges should be
manufactured and installed according to your specific requirements. The contact surface must be finished to ensure an even contact of the inclined plane. Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron
should not exceed 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve perfect levelling. The axial level requirement is set at 0.05 mm per 1000 mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10 mm per 1000 mm.
These specifications ensure optimal performance and durability of the unit.

3.3.3 Proper coupling alignment is crucial. Before starting the alignment process, ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) First and foremost, disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Next, remove the coupling shield carefully;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Examine the flatness of the motor installation plane. Ensure it is free from any foreign materials or dirt;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts. This allows for easy adjustments during alignment;
6) Ensure you have enough stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's footing. The gaskets should be free of any attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated gaskets that could lead to improper adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator as shown in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket for precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum deviation of just 0.05 mm on the outer circle. The motor shaft should ideally be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03 and 0.05 mm;

11) Once alignment is satisfactory, secure the motor foot bolts. Reassess and confirm the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision alignment;
12) Finally, reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 After achieving the ideal 'levelness' and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial runs, release the bolts, and retighten them for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating component, is highly sensitive. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause significant damage. Thus, ensure that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. It is imperative to rectify any pipelines failing to meet these standards.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to prevent contamination.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines should include relevant accessories as specified in the PI diagram. It is crucial to support the pipelines using a separate bracket to prevent undue stress or weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has completely solidified, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that all components are securely in place and functioning optimally, paving the way for a seamless operational experience.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. To ensure a clean and reliable connection, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be routed using a threading pipe placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, carefully connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and efficient communication pathway.
