At its core, the process involves compressing the evaporator-generated secondary steam with a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy elevates both the pressure and temperature of the steam. The resultant high-temperature, high-pressure steam is then reintroduced to the evaporator. Here, it performs a dual function: heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This ingenious cycle not only captures the latent heat of vaporization but also ensures its continuous reuse, making it a marvel of sustainable technology.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by positioning the integrally assembled compressor base securely onto the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate precise unit leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 key points.
The wedge irons should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions at hand. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finished for even distribution of contact across the inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precise leveling. The unit must meet exacting leveling standards: the axial level must be within 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve meticulous coupling alignment by following these vital preparatory steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign materials, dirt, or debris;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are appropriately larger than the bolts for easy adjustment and fine-tuning;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets, making sure they are free from contaminants and uniformly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a highly accurate laser alignment tool, ensuring precision up to 0.01mm, which should be prepared by the customer;
8) Get ready the bracket for the dial indicator, following the illustration provided below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is vital for situating a dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, allowing for precise probing along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By finetuning the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maintain the maximum deviation of the outer circle at 0.05mm, and ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout to guarantee alignment integrity;;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling.
3.3.4 Upon completing the 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the compressor casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or a trial run, release and then retighten the bolts to maintain stability.
3.3.5 Due to the impeller's high-speed rotation, even minor intrusions of solids or liquids can cause severe damage. Keep the inlet and outlet pipelines impeccably clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any pipeline discrepancies immediately.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to properly install necessary pipeline accessories during both import and export. Ensure that supporting brackets, not the compressor body, bear the weight of the connected pipelines.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has thoroughly solidified into a robust structure, it's time to proceed confidently with the compressor operation test to ensure seamless functionality.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring efficient access and optimal performance. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be impeccably executed using a threading pipe that runs underground, safeguarding the integrity of the wiring. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless operational setup.
