MVR, an acronym for Mechanical Vapor Recompression, is a revolutionary energy-saving technology designed to significantly cut down on external energy requirements. This is achieved by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy it produces. The fundamental principle involves compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator with a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature elevation enables the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and facilitates further evaporation. This creates a sustainable cycle that recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base integrally upon the designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level, ensuring optimal setup.
Utilize alternating wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedges securely at 4 to 5 strategic points for stability.
The user should tailor these wedges according to specific conditions, ensuring that the contact surfaces are perfectly finished for uniform contact on inclined planes.
The load-bearing capacity of these wedges should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use an accurate level to achieve unparalleled precision. The unit must adhere to stringent leveling criteria: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure all pre-requisites are satisfied:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safe operations.
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section as part of the alignment preparation.
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any unwanted attachments.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt sizes, allowing flexibility for motor adjustments by loosening the bolts.
6) Ensure sufficient stainless steel gaskets are available to cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be attachment-free and adequately flat; avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the illustrative diagram below.

9) The motor's wheel hub mounting bracket is designed for a dial indicator to be mounted on the hub edge, with the probe placed on the outer edge of the compressor hub.
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor centerlines. Ensure a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, maintaining the motor shaft centerline slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and verify both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy.
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, release and retighten these bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreparable damage on the compressor. Thus, it is imperative that connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to install the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline tied to the compressor is supported independently by another bracket to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once you've meticulously installed the main fan along with its ancillary equipment, and allowed the concrete to reach full solidity, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is elegantly positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. For a seamless connection, utilize threading pipes to carry the wiring underground from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is firmly in place, skillfully connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, achieving a flawless integration.
