This compression converts electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, where it works its magic by heating the materials, thereby inducing evaporation. The result is a sophisticated cycle that recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, showcasing an innovative approach to sustainable energy management.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Ensure a stable placement by inserting wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are essential for achieving optimal unit leveling.
Alternate the positioning of the wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed with spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 points to guarantee stability. Remember,
the wedge must be crafted and fitted by the user, tailored to the specific conditions on site. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished, allowing even and coherent contact of the
inclined plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing strength should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level tool to ascertain the exact level of the unit. The stringent leveling criteria are as follows: a precise axial level of 0.05/1000mm,
and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable alignment and performance.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to initiating alignment, observe these preparatory measures:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off for safety;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the intermediary section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for debris or attachments – it must be pristine;
5) The motor bolt holes ought to be ample compared to the bolts for easier adjustments;
6) Secure a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor feet. These gaskets must be flat, devoid of attachments, and of appropriate thickness. Avoid using elongated, slender gaskets for fine adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (accuracy: 0.01mm), provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the subsequent figure;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designated for positioning a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge to measure the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for the maximum deviation of the outer circle to be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Ensure the coupling end face deviation is between 0.03-0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and diligently verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision;;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reassemble the coupling's intermediary section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, ensure the casing's "levelness" and alignment. Firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completion of mechanical operations or trial runs, re-loosen the bolts and retighten for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller plays a pivotal role, rotating at high speeds. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require rectification. It's highly
advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Installation should adhere to the relevant PI diagram, ensuring all necessary pipeline accessories are in place. Importantly, pipelines connecting to the compressor should be supported by a separate bracket, as the compressor body should not bear the weight of these pipelines.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you may proceed with the exhilarating phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This vital step ensures all components are in perfect harmony, ready to deliver outstanding performance in sugar liquid drying and concentration.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, an essential command center for the compressor, should be thoughtfully positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure seamless connection by threading pipes underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. Upon positioning the cabinet, meticulously link the wiring terminals inside the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable control system for optimal efficiency.
