This rise enables the steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, thus optimizing energy utilization and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The seamless installation begins by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. To ensure perfect balance, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points, securing the foundation flawlessly.
The user must craft and install the wedges tailored to the unique circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for a seamless fit.
Please note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Achieving precision is paramount. Utilize a level to ensure the unit's alignment meets rigorous standards.
The axial and horizontal levels of the unit should be 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively—a testament to precision.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Prioritize these essential pre-alignment steps:
1) Turn off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components.
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to prepare for adjustments.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring the absence of debris or any obstructions.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow necessary adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring they are flat and free from imperfections.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precise accuracy of 0.01mm for flawless alignment.
8) Prepare the required bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket for precise indicator placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor centerlines accurately, maintaining a maximum deviation.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Post-idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to finalize alignment.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are fine-tuned, secure the anchor bolts. Post-trial operation, loosen and retighten to ensure fortified stability.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a critical high-speed component, it is vital to protect it from solid or liquid incursions that could cause severe damage. Ensure all connected pipelines meet steam corrosion system standards, rectifying any that don't.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment before the compressor inlet, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, to enhance safety and performance.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram. Support all connecting pipelines with dedicated brackets, preventing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been successfully installed, and the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that your setup is poised for optimal performance, setting the stage for efficient and effective functionality.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The essential wiring connecting the compressor to its control cabinet must be routed through threading pipes, which are embedded underground for safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely situated, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.
