This elevated steam is then returned to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Thus, the technology excels in recycling the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, promoting exceptional energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base directly onto the foundation. For optimal leveling, insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, ensuring precision and stability.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately and proceed to level the unit. Once leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at four to five strategic points, reinforcing the stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed with precision by the user, tailored to the specific requirements and conditions of the setup. It is crucial that the contact surfaces are impeccably finished to ensure even interaction of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a high-quality level to achieve the desired horizontal and axial alignment. The unit should adhere to stringent leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to alignment, confirm these essential preconditions:

1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate precise alignment.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane, guaranteeing it is free from foreign particles, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than the bolt size, allowing for loosening and adjustment to achieve perfect motor alignment.
6) Prepare an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing. These gaskets must be pristine and level; avoid the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) A dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm should be prepared and utilized by the customer to ensure flawless alignment.
8) Construct a sturdy bracket capable of supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, carefully placing the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise readings.

10) By adjusting the surrounding adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm, maintaining the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face tolerance should be between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly and verify both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for accurate alignment.

12) Perform the installation of the coupling intermediate section after successfully completing the motor idling test, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts to maintain firm stabilization.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, must be kept free from solid or liquid ingress, which could lead to irreversible damage. It is imperative that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor remain pristine and compliant with steam corrosion system standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
Adding solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—is recommended before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance operational integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are incorporated as per the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor should be independently supported, relieving the compressor body of any additional weight burden.

3.3.7 Once the primary fan, along with all supporting equipment, is securely installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that all components function harmoniously in real-world conditions, marking a significant milestone in your setup process.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control unit must be expertly routed through underground threading pipes. Following the precise installation of the control cabinet, proceed by linking the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS circuitry, ensuring seamless integration and command across your systems.
