Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precision leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the leveling is achieved, perform spot welding on the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The wedge's design and installation should be tailored by the user based on specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for seamless alignment.
The inclined plane's bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40 Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve meticulous leveling. The unit's leveling criteria: axial level of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Coupling needs precise centering. Please adhere to the following pre-alignment checks:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off.
2) Detach the coupling shield with care.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section efficiently.
4) Ascertain the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, or other obstructions.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size to facilitate seamless motor adjustment when loosening bolts.
6) Equip with ample stainless steel gaskets that are blemish-free and uniformly flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied).
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is critical for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, ensuring the probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust bolts encircling the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line, targeting a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly. Re-evaluate outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) Post idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and "levelness" adjustments, ensure anchor bolts are securely tightened. After trial operations, retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component; any solid or liquid infiltration can inflict irreversible damage. Maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines with the required steam corrosion standards.
It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure pipelines are equipped with necessary accessories per the PI diagram. Pipelines must be independently supported, not relying on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, the moment arrives to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the system's readiness and efficiency.
3.3.8 It is crucial for the electric control cabinet of the compressor to be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, the wiring spanning from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be encased in a threading pipe, ideally routed underground. Upon securing the electric control cabinet in position, it is essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals housed within the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, facilitating precise control and monitoring.
