Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by securely placing the compressor base onto the meticulously prepared foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling.
Employ alternate placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is perfectly level. Spot weld the irons at 4-5 strategic points for stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique situation. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished, allowing for even, seamless contact.
The inclined plane's contact and load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the unit level. Adhere to these rigorous leveling standards: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to attach a dial indicator on the hub's edge and position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the motor and compressor center lines, ensuring the outer circle deviation is within 0.05mm (the motor shaft center should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft), with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously check the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-leveling and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After trial operation, loosen and retighten for optimal security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be protected from any solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure that connected pipelines adhere to stringent steam corrosion standards. For non-compliant pipelines, immediate rectification is crucial. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, upstream of the compressor inlet to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all pertinent pipeline accessories are in place, as per the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with all its ancillary equipment is meticulously installed, and the concrete has reached its full strength, it's time to embark on the exciting phase of the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a mere 5 meters of the compressor itself.
