3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation, ensuring that wedge-shaped shims are positioned beneath for precise leveling.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons alternately, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Users are required to manufacture and install these wedges based on the specific circumstances, guaranteeing an even contact surface,
with the inclined plane able to bear a load not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. The unit demands exactitude with axial leveling at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal leveling at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Attaining perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for any debris or unwanted materials ensuring a clean, smooth surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts to facilitate looseness and subsequent motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to effectively cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are free from contaminants and sufficiently flat. Avoid inserting lengthy, slender gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy threshold of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide;
8) Prepare the required bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines nearly perfectly. The permissible maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line ideally positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Subsequent to reaching optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. When mechanical operations or trial tests are completed, bolts must be loosened and retightened for safety.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can irrevocably harm the compressor. Thus, it's crucial to ensure that the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements. Noncompliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. It is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with necessary accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The compressor's supporting pipelines should rely on separate brackets, preventing undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its additional equipment are securely installed and the concrete base has set fully, it is time to initiate the compressor's operational test.
