Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating sequence. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, proceed to expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 critical points. These wedges must be custom-crafted and installed by the user, adapted to the unique circumstances, ensuring a smooth and flawless contact surface for even distribution of force.
The contact surface must be finished with expert precision to guarantee the even contact of the inclined plane. It is imperative that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed the limit of 40Kg/cm2 to maintain integrity.

3.3.2 Employ a highly precise level to meticulously establish the unit's level. The rigorous leveling standards demand that the axial level of the unit is 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level set at 0.10/1000mm, thereby ensuring unparalleled precision and accuracy.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by diligently following these essential steps:
1) For utmost safety, ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with caution;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision and care;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it is clean and devoid of foreign materials;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing adjustment through bolt loosening;
6) Prepare an ample supply of top-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with a high accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;

3.3.5 Considering that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is absolutely imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this could cause irrevocable damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo the necessary rectifications.
It is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to secure and maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Initiate the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Make sure the import and export pipelines are equipped with all the essential pipeline accessories, elegantly detailed in the PI diagram. It's crucial to ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by a robust, separate bracket, thereby eliminating any unnecessary weight from impacting the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all associated equipment meticulously installed and the concrete foundation now solidified to perfection, you're ready to embark on the thrilling phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This indispensable step guarantees that every component is functioning in flawless harmony.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Employ a durable threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is elegantly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, proceed with precision to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, creating a robust and dependable control link.
