Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precision leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern to secure leveling. Spot weld the wedges at 4-5 points once the unit is perfectly balanced.
The user should fabricate and install the wedges based on actual conditions, ensuring that the contact surfaces are expertly finished for even engagement.
The inclined plane must have uniform contact, with the bearing capacity of the wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level to determine the axial and horizontal precision of the unit, targeting an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Focus on precise coupling alignment by adhering to the following checklist before starting:

1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the coupling area.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, free from obstructions such as debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) Allow for bolt adjustment by ensuring the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size for easy manipulation.
6) Stock adequate flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor; avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, provided by the customer.
8) Set up a support bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the subsequent figure.
9) The motor wheel hub's mounting bracket is tailored for positioning a dial indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.

10) Align the compressor and motor center lines through careful adjustment of motor foot bolts, ensuring deviations of no more than 0.05mm.
The motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft, with the coupling end face variance limited to 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Tighten motor foot bolts securely, then verify outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) Upon completing a motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, anchor bolts should be fastened firmly. After mechanical or trial operation, bolts should be loosened and retightened for safety.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed component, prevent solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Ensure pipelines meet system steam corrosion standards and are clean.
If pipelines fail to meet these specifications, remedial action is required. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, following the PI diagram for proper pipeline accessory installation. These pipelines should rest on independent supports, not on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are securely in place and the concrete has fully set, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius for optimal accessibility.
