Using a high-efficiency steam compressor, it elevates the electrical energy to thermal energy. Consequently, this process escalates both the pressure and the temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature then channels back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This marvelous cycle ensures the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, making it a pinnacle of eco-friendly engineering.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base thoroughly onto the foundation. Add wedge-shaped shims beneath to fine-tune the unit's level.
Position alternating wedge-shaped irons strategically. Once the unit is leveled, secure them with spot welding at 4-5 points. Ensure
that the user custom-manufactures the wedges according to specific needs. The contact surface should be impeccably finished, ensuring
even contact on the inclined plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to establish accurate leveling. The unit's leveling criteria demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm to ensure optimal performance.

3.3.3 Perfect the coupling by centering it. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation surface for cleanliness to prevent any impediments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolts to allow for loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets to underlay the motor feet. The gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter of 0.01mm accuracy (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket and position the dial indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub's perimeter;
10) Fine-tune the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a max deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft's center line remains slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts, then recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision.;
12) Proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Subsequent to adjusting the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After an initial mechanical or trial run, slightly loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure security.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high speeds, foreign particles can incur irreversible damage. It's imperative to maintain cleanliness in the compressor's connecting pipelines, ensuring compliance with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be amended promptly. Employing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, is advised before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Implement installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines must adhere to the PI diagram's accessory specifications. Moreover, an auxiliary bracket must support the pipeline, relieving any undue weight from the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete is fully solidified, the next exciting phase is to conduct the compressor operation test. This ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously and are ready to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 For safety and efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. The wiring, a vital lifeline, should be connected using threading pipe routed underground to preserve aesthetics and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless operation.
