3.3.1 The compressor base must be securely placed on a robust foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, strategically positioning two alternating wedge-shaped irons. Once you have meticulously leveled the unit, perform a spot weld on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 crucial points. These wedges should be custom manufactured and precisely installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation. Ensure that the contact surfaces are expertly finished, guaranteeing an even contact on the inclined plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should remain under 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Using a precision level, achieve impeccable leveling of the unit. The stringent requirements for leveling are as follows: The axial level of the unit must be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm. 3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial for flawless operation. Before you commence the alignment process, please ensure that the following safety and preparation steps are meticulously followed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly examine the motor installation plane to confirm it is free from debris, dirt, and any extraneous attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt to allow for loosening and precise adjustment of the motor;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to be placed beneath the motor's feet. These gaskets should be immaculately clean and completely flat. Avoid using any long and slender gaskets that might be inserted between the motor and base for adjustment, as they may compromise stability;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to securely support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;
9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Ensure the dial indicator probe is accurately positioned on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and the motor center line to be perfectly in line (or follow the corresponding instructions). The maximum allowable deviation on the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft centerline positioned slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should remain within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and thoroughly review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving the perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical operation (or trial operation), it is essential to loosen the bolts and retighten them to ensure sustained security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion, as such occurrences would cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring compliance with the steam corrosion grade specifications of the system. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be promptly rectified. To further enhance protection, it is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.uggested to add solid liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the relevant pipeline accessories as specified in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by an external bracket, as the entire weight should not be borne by the compressor body to prevent undue stress and potential damage.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidity, the stage is set for the highly anticipated compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the system operates at peak efficiency, paving the way for excellence in performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless operation, it is imperative to install the compressor's electric control cabinet within a strategically measured distance of 5 meters from the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be expertly carried out through a threading pipe that discreetly runs underground. Upon setting the electric control cabinet into its designated place, it's essential to meticulously link the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring flawless communication and control.
