Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base with precision on the foundation. Adorn the base with wedge-shaped shims, purposefully crafted to achieve impeccable unit leveling.
Skillfully place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, fortify the placement by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges shall be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions at hand. Ensure the contact surface delivers seamless contact on the inclined plane,
while the bearing strength of the wedge iron must not surpass an impressive 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Ascertain the unit’s level using precision instruments. The leveling specifications demand: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level achieving 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Now, turn your attention to centering the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm and execute these vital prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface meticulously, confirming it is free from debris, grime, or any obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, facilitating ease in loosening for optimal motor adjustment;
6) Stock up on ample stainless steel gaskets to completely cover the motor base. Gaskets should be flawless—free from attachments and perfectly flat. Refrain from using elongated, slender gaskets to navigate between motor and base for adjustment;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment tool with a 0.01mm accuracy, as provisioned by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket, which serves as the steadfast support for your dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge. Set the probe delicately on the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) Via astute adjustment of the motor foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center line harmoniously. Aim for a maximum outer circular deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line subtly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face precision within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, followed by a thorough review of both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling.
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and leveling, fortify the casing by tightening anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, re-loosen and retighten the bolts to reinforce security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection. Any intruding solid or liquid may inflict lasting damage. Safeguard the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring pristine cleanliness and compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate modification. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, upstream of the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with finesse. Adorn the import and export pipelines with pertinent accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is independently supported by a separate bracket, avoiding any undue weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready for the exhilarating phase of conducting the compressor operation test.
