The resultant temperature increase allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials and induces evaporation, thereby achieving a remarkable cycle of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base integrally onto the foundation, ensuring a seamless fit. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed under the base to achieve precision leveling of the unit.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons for perfect balance. Once the unit is leveled, skillfully spot weld these irons at 4~5 distinct points. The wedges must be
crafted and positioned by you, tailored to the nuances of your specific scenario, ensuring an immaculate contact surface (ensuring evenness on inclined
planes), while the wedge iron's bearing strength must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain exact levelness. Adhere to the unit's meticulous leveling specifications: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm, complemented by a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
The refined precision ensures optimal performance of the unit.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable alignment of the coupling. Before the intricate alignment process, ensure these essential prerequisites:
1) Safeguard by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield for access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Confirm that the motor installation plane is pristine, free from any debris or obstructions;
5) Motor bolt holes should be oversized compared to the bolt, enabling easy adjustment flexibility;
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are available to snugly fit under the motor's foot, flawless and devoid of contaminants. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets to adjust between the motor and base;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a cutting-edge laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (customer to provide);
8) Prepare the sturdy bracket for effectively supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe to the compressor wheel hub's outer extremity;
10) By finely tuning the adjustment bolts situated around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line to near perfection. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (position the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with the coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, meticulously checking the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout;
12) Once the motor's idling test is complete, reattach the coupling intermediate section to maintain a cohesive unit.
3.3.4 After achieving the ideal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation (or trial operation), release and then retighten the bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel. Any solids or liquids penetrating the impeller can inflict irreversible damage. Consequently, it's vital that the inlet and outlet pipelines interfacing with the compressor are pristine, aligning with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectification is mandatory for pipelines falling short. It is s
uggested to integrate solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to ensure longevity.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn import and export pipelines with pertinent accessories following the PI diagram. The pipelines conjoining with the compressor must have an independent support system, ensuring zero load on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its ancillary equipment, is impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, the crucial phase of conducting the compressor operation test can commence. 3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
