MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, is an innovative energy-saving marvel designed to significantly cut down external energy consumption by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy it generates. The core principle is elegantly simple yet highly efficient: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is masterfully compressed using a state-of-the-art high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then cycles the secondary steam back to the evaporator to heat materials, initiate evaporation, and brilliantly recycle the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DML series, renowned for its low temperature rise steam compressors, is an engineering masterpiece predominantly comprising a robust compressor body featuring a volute, impeller, main shaft, and bearing housing, alongside precise sealing mechanisms. This mechanical orchestra is harmoniously complemented by a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instrumentation, collectively ensuring unparalleled performance and efficiency.
3.3.1 To lay the foundation for excellence, the compressor's base is seamlessly integrated. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to attain perfect leveling.
Place two alternating wedge-shaped irons. Post-leveling, secure with spot welds at 4–5 points. Customize wedges according to specific conditions.
Wedges should perfectly contact the surface, ensuring an even connection and flawless performance.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable precision using a level. For optimal performance, the axial level should be precise at 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Align the coupling with utmost care. Before beginning, adhere to these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield for clear access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify motor installation plane flatness, ensuring no debris or imperfections interfere;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt sizes for easy adjustment and flawless alignment.
6) Arm yourself with stainless steel gaskets for motor support, ensuring they're impeccable and apt for use without using unsuitable alternatives.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy, self-provided);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Securely mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, accurately positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune motor feet bolts to align compressor and motor center lines. Adhere to deviation standards: max outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, coupling end face deviation of 0.03–0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening motor foot bolts. Reassess coupling runout for outer circle and end face perfection.
12) Install the intermediate coupling section post-motor idling confirmation.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, secure anchor bolts after operation. For enhanced stability, loosen and retighten.
3.3.5 Safeguard the impeller from harm, ensuring connected pipelines are pristine and corrosion-resistant. For added protection, consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices prior to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor pipes, adhering to PI diagram specifications. Ensure external support for pipelines to prevent strain on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and accessories are firmly in place and the concrete has cured, proceed with confidence to the compressor operation test.
