1) Safety first: disable the main power supply;

5) Ensure motor bolt holes surpass bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Secure an abundance of stainless steel gaskets for motor footing, ensuring cleanliness and flatness. Avoid flimsy gaskets.
7) Employ precision tools like a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (customer-supplied) boasting 0.01mm accuracy;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the illustrative guide;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket to adeptly position the dial indicator probe on the edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around motor feet to align compressor and motor centers with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely fasten motor foot bolts, then reassess outer circle and end face runouts to ensure precision coupling.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post comprehensive motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, fasten the anchor bolts after confirming mechanical operation. Loosen and retighten after trial runs for stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands pristine ingress and egress pathways. Safeguard against contaminants that could compromise integrity.Enhance system protection by incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring pipelines are supported independently to avoid undue burden on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment are securely installed and the concrete base has achieved complete solidity, the compressor operation test can be initiated, paving the way for a seamless and efficient start-up of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5m radius. The wiring journey from the compressor to its control hub should be meticulously managed using threading pipes, carefully routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is stationed, ensure the wiring terminals are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable control network.
