Consequently, the elevated temperature returns the revitalized secondary steam to the evaporator, efficiently heating materials and driving evaporation. This ingenious process ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, setting new standards in sustainable technology.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The foundational setup of your Modern Compressor with Overall Base and Adjustable Speed Regulation begins with the base, meticulously positioned on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base strategically.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to ensure exceptional stability. Once the unit is perfectly level, secure the wedge irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring immovable precision.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing these wedges, tailored to the specific circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is finished to perfection for seamless contact on the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of these wedge irons should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Use a precision level to attain the desired level. The leveling standards for this high-performance unit are exacting: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures a flawless operational balance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to initiation of this critical step, confirm the following safety and preparation measures:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to guarantee safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully to access the internal components.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision.
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dirt, and any unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole offers ample space around the bolt for easy loosening and adjustment, facilitating precise motor alignment.
6) Equip yourself with an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to securely cover and stabilize the motor feet. These gaskets must be flawless and free of attachments, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustment.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting precision of 0.01mm. Note: this high-precision instrument should be sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare the supporting bracket for the dial indicator carefully, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for correctly installing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is accurately positioned on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Through expert adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line precisely. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should maintain a runout of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is achieved, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Rigorously review both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure accuracy.;
12) Conclude the alignment process by installing the coupling intermediate section after confirming motor idling performance.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing levelness and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After conducting a mechanical operation or trial run, it is imperative to loosen and retighten these bolts to confirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, requires meticulous safeguarding against any solid or liquid ingress, as such contamination can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and comply with the steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing these criteria must be promptly rectified.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for additional protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories, following the PI diagram. Ensure that the compressor is not burdened with the pipeline's weight by supporting it with an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are securely mounted and the concrete has reached full strength, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures optimal performance and reliability of your system.
3.3.8 Position the sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter proximity to the unit. For seamless connectivity, use an underground threading pipe to link the compressor to the control cabinet. Upon securing the cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring precision and efficiency in your setup.
