3.3.1 To ensure the pinnacle of performance and reliability from your Steam Compressor with an Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, it is crucial to position the compressor base integrally onto a secure, stable foundation. Meticulously place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, utilizing these precision-crafted tools to achieve an impeccably precise level.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating, strategic pattern. Once the unit attains flawless leveling, expertly secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 exact points. These wedges must be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring a seamless contact surface for uniform force distribution.
The contact surface must be finished with absolute precision to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane. It is vital that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains below 40Kg/cm² to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.2 Deploy a precise level to meticulously establish the unit's exact level. The rigorous leveling standards mandate that the unit's axial level be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level be 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched accuracy and performance.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by meticulously following these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully switched off to guarantee utmost safety throughout the process;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision and care;
3) With careful precision, detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness meticulously, ensuring it is pristine and free of foreign particles;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes exceed the size of the bolts, allowing for adjustments through bolt loosening;
6) Prepare an abundant supply of top-quality stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments, and long, thin gaskets should be avoided for making adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer, to ensure exact alignment;
8) Prepare a robustly crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided schematic;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the indicator probe carefully on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated in comparison to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, while maintaining a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Upon achieving expert adjustment of the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts to ensure secured stability. Following mechanical or trial operations, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's status as a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that do not meet these standards must undergo the necessary rectifications.It is strongly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to uphold system integrity and efficiency.
3.3.6 Proceed with precision to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket. This precaution is critical to prevent any undue weight or stress from being exerted on the compressor body itself, safeguarding its structural integrity and operational efficiency.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its associated equipment meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation fully solidified, you're ready to enter the thrilling phase of performing a compressor operation test. This pivotal step is your assurance that everything functions flawlessly, providing peace of mind that the entire setup is in perfect working order. It's an exciting milestone in your installation journey.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring an underground routing that maintains an uncluttered and safe environment. Upon securely positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This establishes a strong and dependable control link, guaranteeing efficient and reliable operation.
