It achieves this by ingeniously reutilizing the secondary steam energy it generates. The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being compressed using our advanced high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in increased pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature recycles the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing evaporation and thereby enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of engineering, comprising the compressor body along with an expertly integrated coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. Its design boasts a compact structure, ensuring that maintenance is straightforward and hassle-free, making it an ideal choice for seamless operations.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to ensure optimal leveling of the unit. This attention to detail is crucial for maintaining precision.
Place the wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieving perfect leveling, then secure the irons by spot welding at 4-5 strategic points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique installation environment, with contact surfaces finely finished for seamless contact and maximum stability.
Ensure the inclined plane of the wedge irons can bear a load not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precision leveling. The unit's leveling specifications are exacting: axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal
level precision must meet 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled operational excellence.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with expert precision. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously addressed:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure absolute safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, ensuring a clean, pristine surface for installation;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for precise adjustment and alignment;
6) Procure an adequate number of pristine stainless steel gaskets to properly support the motor. Gaskets must be free of any impurities, and of impeccable flatness. Refrain from using elongated and slender gaskets that could compromise stability.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy 0.01mm) as provided by the customer, ensuring pinpoint precision in alignment;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the subsequent diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator accurately on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe against the outer compressor wheel hub for accurate readings;
10) By delicately adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision (or as per specific instructions). The allowable deviation of the outer circle is limited to 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly elevated compared to the compressor’s low-speed shaft center. End face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude the alignment process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to confirm flawless precision.;
12) After successful idling tests of the motor, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Once the casing is perfectly level and aligned, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial run, release and retighten the bolts for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must be safeguarded from any solid or liquid intrusion that could cause irreversible damage. Ensure that all pipelines connected to the compressor meet the stringent steam corrosion resistance standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. It is highly
recommended to incorporate high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe, to preserve the integrity of the compressor.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to correctly install relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by separate brackets to prevent excess weight from burdening the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, you can commence the compressor operation test. This marks the initiation of your efficient and seamless workflow.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5m radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, intricately connected via a threading pipe and routed underground, should ensure impeccable connectivity. With the electric control cabinet firmly in place, ensure that the wiring terminals are expertly connected with the lines at the remote DCS, securing a robust and reliable operation.
