Introducing the oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor, an advanced piece of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. The innovative design boasts an impeller directly mounted at the motor's shaft extension end, with the rotor receiving robust support from an oil film bearing. This allows for seamless direct drive via the high-speed motor, eliminating the need for cumbersome speed-increasing boxes and couplings, ensuring unparalleled efficiency and performance.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base integrally on its dedicated foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims artfully beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit level, ensuring a seamless setup.
Layer two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, spot weld these irons at four to five points with precision. The wedge iron should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished for even contact on the inclined
plane, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the unit's level. The unit's leveling should meet the high standards of an axial level at 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level at 0.10/1000mm, achieving impeccable alignment.

3.3.3 Coupling Alignment: Center the coupling with utmost precision. Prior to beginning alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Disengage the main power supply entirely;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free from foreign objects, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are perfectly flat and free of attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-supplied);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and place the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts meticulously to align the compressor and motor center line. The maximum allowable deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision alignment;;
12) Install the coupling's intermediate section after successfully completing the motor's idling test, ensuring smooth operation.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical or trial operation, temporarily loosen these bolts to retighten for reinforced stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Prevent any solid or liquid from entering, as it can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are immaculately clean and meet the steam corrosion grade specifications of the system. Rectify any non-compliance. We recommend adding solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Meticulously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing relevant pipeline accessories. Always support the pipeline connected to the compressor with an independent bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears no weight burden.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully cured, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure optimal efficiency. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is crucial and should be executed using a threading pipe that is securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly positioned, meticulously interconnect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the designated lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a seamless integration and operation.
