The core principle revolves around the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, which is then compressed using a highly energy-efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the heightened temperature of the secondary steam allows it to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials and induces evaporation. Through this innovative process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is masterfully recycled, showcasing an exemplary model of energy conservation.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor boasts a sophisticated design, primarily consisting of key components such as the compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, and more. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims elegantly placed beneath (used to impeccably adjust the unit to level).
Two wedge-shaped irons are strategically positioned in an alternating manner. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, these irons are securely spot welded at 4 to 5 key points. The wedge must be
crafted and mounted by the user, tailored to specific conditions, with the contact surface finely finished to ensure seamless engagement.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to attain impeccable horizontality. The unit's leveling requirements are stringent: achieving an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Achieving these precise measurements ensures optimal performance and longevity of the compressor unit.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is a critical task. Prior to commencing alignment, confirm these essential pre-requisites:
1) Securely shut off the main power supply, ensuring a safe working environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants;
5) The motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts, allowing for effortless loosening and adjustment;
6) Prepare abundant, high-quality stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor feet. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets that could compromise stability;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, ensuring alignment is precise;
8) Assemble a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to perfectly position a dial indicator on the edge, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By delicately adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. The outer circle deviation should not exceed a remarkable 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should maintain a deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision;
12) Once the motor has passed the idling test, re-install the coupling intermediate section with utmost care.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of "levelness" and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical operation or trial run, loosen the bolts for re-tightening, ensuring enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible harm. Therefore, it is paramount to maintain pristine cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring they adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Non-compliant pipelines demand prompt rectification. Installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe, is highly recommended.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are mounted according to the PI diagram. Pipelines connecting to the compressor must be independently supported, relieving the compressor body from any undue weight or stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, the time has arrived to conduct a comprehensive test of the compressor's operation. This critical phase ensures that every element is functioning at optimal capacity, setting the stage for seamless performance and reliability.
3.3.8 To ensure streamlined operations, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor no further than 5 meters from the unit itself. This proximity facilitates efficient connection, with wiring extending from the compressor to the control cabinet through robust threading pipes, which traverse underground for sleek integration. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, it becomes essential to link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a continuous and effective communication pathway.
