This innovative method brilliantly repurposes the energy from secondary steam, generated during processes, by utilizing a highly efficient steam compressor. The primary mechanism involves compressing this secondary steam with a state-of-the-art compressor to transform electrical energy into thermal energy. This transformation results in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, this heated and pressurized steam is redirected back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This process ingeniously facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, showcasing a sustainable approach to energy usage.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of modern engineering, primarily consisting of a sophisticated compressor body. This body includes essential components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, all crafted with precision. Additionally, the system incorporates a robust coupling, a powerful motor, and intricate electric instrumentation. Together, these components harmonize to deliver exceptional performance and reliability in demanding applications.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by strategically placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons to achieve perfect leveling. Secure these wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring unwavering stability.
Wedges need to be customized and meticulously installed by the user, considering the actual conditions. Ensure flawless contact surfaces for even distribution of inclined planes.
Please note, the bearing capacity of wedge iron must remain under 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to determine accurate leveling. The unit's axial level precision requirement is a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, with horizontal level precision at an impressive 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment for the coupling. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following essential criteria are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness meticulously, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor's bolt hole should exceed the bolt size to allow for loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Gather an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to effectively cover the motor foot. Ensure gaskets are pristine and perfectly flat; avoid using long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (at 0.01mm precision) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, placing the dial indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Achieve alignment by adjusting bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly, with the outer circle's maximum deviation capped at 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center line should be elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, achieving a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for precision.
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment perfection of the 'levelness' and casing alignment, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. After mechanical operation or trial runs, re-loosen and secure the bolts for lasting integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller is a highly sensitive, high-speed component. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, adhering to system steam corrosion standards. Not meeting these standards necessitates immediate rectification, potentially by integrating solid-liquid separation solutions (like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) prior to the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. These vital pipelines must incorporate relevant accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Importantly, pipelines should be independently supported, ensuring the compressor bears none of their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its essential ancillary equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, it is then the opportune moment to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures that all systems are perfectly aligned and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ underground threading pipes to seamlessly connect wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely stationed, proceed to connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable connection for unwavering operation.
