Consequently, this heightened thermal energy is redirected back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials, prompting further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Prepare to firmly position the compressor base on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled. Securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points.
Wedges should be customized and installed based on the actual conditions by the user. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not surpass the limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure meticulous leveling. The unit's leveling standards: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment with the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety by disconnecting the main power supply.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield for unencumbered access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or obstructions.
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, enabling easy adjustment by loosening the bolts.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets for positioning under the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets for precise adjustment.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the diagram.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely hold a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary.
10) Meticulously adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) After achieving perfect alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Double-check for any deviations in the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Upon successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a precision-engineered, high-speed component. Prevent any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are meticulously cleaned and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards.
Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be rectified immediately. It's recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted according to the PI diagram. The pipeline attached to the compressor must be supported independently, without burdening the compressor body with its weight.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete achieves complete solidification, the much-anticipated compressor operation test can be executed. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the seamless function and reliability of our state-of-the-art Dynamic Steam Compressor, promising unrivaled performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal control and functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a convenient 5m proximity of the compressor. The crucial wiring journey from the compressor to this command hub should be elegantly encased within threading pipes that are securely embedded underground. With the electric control cabinet firmly in place, take the decisive step of connecting the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, thus enabling a harmonious and efficient operational synergy.
