Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base must be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Place precision-engineered wedge-shaped shims under the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring that after leveling the unit, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points for enhanced stability.
The user is responsible for crafting and installing the wedges based on actual site conditions. The contact surfaces must be flawlessly finished to ensure seamless contact across inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's accuracy. The unit's axial level should be discerned at 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should achieve 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For coupling centering, ensure all preconditions are met before commencing alignment:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to prevent any electrical hazards;
2) Detach the coupling shield meticulously;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section carefully;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign matter, dirt, and other obstructions;
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, allowing freedom to adjust the motor;
6) Prepare ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and free of attachments. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the client;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to hold a dial indicator on the hub's edge, facilitating precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation on the outer circle is limited to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should maintain a deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;;
12) Following a successful motor idle test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, ensure all anchor bolts are fastened securely. After the machine's operational or trial phase, loosen and retighten the bolts to affirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands utmost caution; intrusion by any solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification.
It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted in accordance with the PI diagram. Pipelines connected to the compressor should be independently supported to avoid the weight being borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supportive equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and cured, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase marks the beginning of ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet as they discreetly run underground. Once the cabinet is securely positioned, expertly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring precise and reliable communication.
