The fundamental principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then recirculates the steam back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, facilitating evaporation. This method is a masterful recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring a sustainable and efficient energy cycle.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto the prepared foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath to perfectly level the unit.
Alternate the positioning of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is flawlessly leveled, use spot welding to secure the irons at four to five points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique setup, ensuring an even contact across the inclined plane.
The wedges must not bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm² for optimal performance.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve perfect leveling. The unit's axial level precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is required to meet 0.10/1000mm.
The meticulous attention to leveling ensures seamless operation.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring a pristine surface free of dirt and debris;
5) The motor's bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets, devoid of attachments, ensuring a flawless fit. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer;
8) Set up the dial indicator support bracket as illustrated below for optimal performance;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the dial indicator probe at the wheel hub's edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is a mere 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Post "levelness" and alignment adjustments, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical (or trial) operation, loosen and retighten them to ensure integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, requiring utmost care. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting system steam corrosion grades.
Install solid-liquid separation solutions (e.g., gas scrubbers) before the compressor's inlet for optimal performance.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines are supported independently to prevent strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its associated ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to commence the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the flawless functionality and seamless performance of your system.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5m radius of the compressor. Securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet using threading pipes, which should be routed underground for safety and aesthetic purposes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely situated, establish a connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a reliable and efficient communication pathway.
