This is achieved through the reutilization of secondary steam energy produced during processes. The essence of this technology lies in its mechanism: secondary steam generated by the evaporator is subjected to compression via an advanced high-efficiency steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this temperature elevation cycles the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it serves to heat the materials and initiate further evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, epitomizing a sustainable approach to energy utilization.
The DML series steam compressor, engineered for low temperature rise functionality, is an intricate assembly comprising several key components: a robust compressor body, inclusive of volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it incorporates a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instrumentation. Each element is meticulously designed to operate in harmony, ensuring optimal performance and unparalleled efficiency in steam compression tasks.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base must be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit leveling,
alternating two wedge-shaped irons. Ensure precise leveling of the unit and securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points. The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge,
tailored to specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for maximum contact and stability of the inclined plane.
Each wedge iron must not exceed a load-bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to ensure impeccable alignment. Specifications for unit leveling include: a stringent axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling centering. Before initiating alignment, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, providing flexibility to adjust the motor by loosening the bolts;
6) Amass ample stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor base. Gaskets should be pristine and sufficiently flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should accommodate a dial indicator on the wheel's edge, positioning the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center line precisely (or as per specific instructions). Maximum permissible deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm (motor shaft center should be slightly elevated over compressor low-speed shaft), with coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess both the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.
12) Following a successful motor idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firm up the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed rotating entity, demands absolute protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure ingress and egress pipelines are devoid of contaminants and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet standards must be remedied. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before compressor inlet straight pipes.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Follow the PI diagram for necessary pipeline accessory installations. Pipelines linked to the compressor must be independently supported by a separate bracket, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Following the complete installation of the main fan and its supplementary systems, along with the full curing of the concrete base, it's time to embark on the operational testing phase of our steam compressor. This critical step ensures everything is in prime working condition.
3.3.8 The state-of-the-art electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless connectivity and safety, the wiring must be meticulously threaded through an underground conduit system, linking the compressor directly to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, it’s imperative to harmonize the wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust communication pathway.
