The innovative process involves the secondary steam, generated by an evaporator, being compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This transformation skillfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy. As the secondary steam undergoes this compression, both its pressure and temperature rise, effectively returning it to the evaporator. This allows the steam to heat materials, facilitate evaporation, and ingeniously recycle the latent heat of vaporization, showcasing sustainable energy reuse.

The oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor is a cutting-edge piece of turbine equipment designed with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor at its core. Its ingenious design is characterized by the impeller being directly mounted on the shaft extension of the motor. Furthermore, the rotor is supported by an oil film bearing, enabling a direct drive through a high-speed motor. This sophisticated configuration eliminates the need for a speed-increasing gearbox and coupling, ensuring seamless and efficient performance.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The foundation for the compressor must be prepared meticulously. Place the compressor base integrally on this foundation, ensuring stability with wedge-shaped shims. These shims are essential for leveling the unit accurately.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to fine-tune the level, and once achieved, secure these with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. This approach is vital for maintaining a secure setup.
Craft and install the wedges based on the user’s specific onsite conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are well-finished to guarantee even contact along the incline, while not surpassing the wedge iron's load capacity of 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure the unit is perfectly aligned. The unit’s axial level must be kept within 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm. Precision is key for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Before beginning, ensure these critical prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power source completely, ensuring safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield, allowing unhindered access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully.
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is impeccably clean and free of debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, offering room for adjustments as needed.
6) Have a plentiful supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to fit under the motor feet. They must be free of any attachments and be uniformly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be arranged by the customer). This precision tool is indispensable for alignment tasks.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge. This allows the dial indicator probe to rest on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines closely. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face should maintain a precision of 0.03~0.05mm for optimal alignment.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then recheck and ensure the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling are within allowed thresholds.;
12) Once the motor has been tested idle and shows no anomalies, install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling, anchor bolts must be tightened securely. After trial operations, relax the bolts, inspect, and retighten for assured stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from any solid or liquid ingress to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and comply with the steam corrosion resistance standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected without delay. Introducing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet is strongly recommended.
3.3.6 For the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for all accessories. The pipelines must be supported by separate structures, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body itself, thereby preventing undue stress on the system.
3.3.7 Once the core fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, the stage is set for the exciting initiation of the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment as it signifies readiness to proceed with testing the full operational capabilities of the High-Speed Industrial Compressor, ensuring that both the main components and the auxiliary systems work in flawless harmony.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor must be precisely positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For optimal safety and efficiency, it's crucial that the wiring connecting the compressor to its control cabinet is threaded through pipes, strategically routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet has been installed, it is imperative to carefully link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring seamless integration and control of the system.
