This elevated temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to be cycled back into the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing evaporation, and in turn, facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This not only maximizes energy efficiency but also optimizes resource utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base precisely on the foundation, ensuring utmost stability. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit level. This attention to detail ensures optimal functionality.
Alternate positioning of two wedge-shaped irons is crucial. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points to secure them. The design and installation of the wedges should be tailored by the user to suit the specific conditions on site.
Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished, achieving even contact on inclined planes. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm², thus safeguarding operational integrity.
This creates a robust support system.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve unparalleled accuracy in leveling. The axial precision of the unit should not exceed 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring seamless operation.
Attaining these meticulous standards guarantees the reliability and efficiency of the unit.

3.3.3 Aligning the coupling with precision is paramount. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure these critical steps are followed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off, prioritizing safety.
2) Remove the coupling shield cautiously, ensuring unobstructed access to components.
3) Disconnect the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to allow for accurate adjustments.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any debris or foreign matter, maintaining a pristine contact surface.
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, facilitating smooth adjustments.
6) Prepare a sufficient quantity of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor. Avoid using long and thin gaskets which might compromise stability.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide.
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator securely.

9) Use the hub mounting bracket strategically to affix the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise measurements.
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is elevated compared to the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts once alignment is verified. Double-check the outer circle runout and the end face runout for optimal results.;
12) Proceed with installing the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, ensure all anchor bolts are tightened after verifying the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing. After initial or trial operation, retighten the bolts to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating component, requires utmost protection. Any foreign solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage, hence, ensure the connecting pipelines are scrupulously clean and meet steam corrosion system standards.
If discrepancies are found, rectify immediately. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees is advisable before the compressor inlet to protect the impeller.
3.3.6 Precisely install the inlet and outlet pipes of the compressor. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing pipeline accessories. Support the pipeline using a separate bracket to avoid any additional load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures everything is in perfect working order and optimizes your sugar liquid drying process for maximum efficiency and reliability.
3.3.8 The installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring seamless connectivity. The wiring journey from the compressor to this cabinet should elegantly proceed via a threading pipe that is ingeniously routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, it's imperative to expertly connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing optimal electrical performance and smooth integration into the broader system architecture.
