The enhanced steam then returns to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization from secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin your installation journey by positioning the compressor base securely on the prepared foundation. Expertly place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level, ensuring the utmost precision.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons to achieve perfect leveling, and skillfully spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability. Remember,
the wedge should be crafted and installed by the user based on specific requirements, ensuring a flawless contact surface for seamless engagement of the inclined
plane. Note: The load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit leveling must meet these strict standards: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal
level maintained at 0.10/1000mm for ultimate performance and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieve ideal coupling centering. Prioritize these crucial steps before commencing alignment:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any impurities, ensuring an immaculate surface.
5) Ascertain that the motor bolt hole exceeds bolt size to facilitate easy loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Amass an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring each gasket is pristine and flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for precise alignment.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (with 0.01mm precision) for expert alignment, sourced by the customer.
8) Arrange a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to place a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer circumference.
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the motor and compressor center lines to near-perfection. Ensure maximum outer circle deviation remains at 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Upon achieving alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable precision.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, expertly reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment, carefully fasten the casing's anchor bolts. After the compressor's mechanical operation or trial run, ensure thorough loosening and re-tightening of bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotational marvel, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible harm to the compressor. Ensure the cleanliness of all inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor, adhering to the steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipeline must be rectified. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipeline segment to safeguard against damage.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories, as detailed in the PI diagram. Crucially, pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket, preventing any weight from being borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all supplementary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that everything operates seamlessly and efficiently, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be meticulously installed within a close proximity of 5 meters to the compressor. Precision is key, as the wiring connecting the compressor and the control cabinet must be carefully channeled through underground threading pipes. Upon the strategic placement of the electric control cabinet, it is imperative to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious integration for seamless operation.
