3.3.1 To begin the seamless installation of your Reliable Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor, ensure the compressor base is fully integrated with the foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, tailoring them to fine-tune the unit’s level.
Methodically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for optimal stability.
It is imperative that the user crafts and installs the wedge iron according to their specific circumstances. This guarantees the contact surface is immaculately finished, ensuring even contact across the inclined

3.3.3 For centering the coupling, undertake the following preparations:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for complete safety assurance;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Take out the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane, confirming it is devoid of foreign objects, dirt, and extraneous materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Assemble a generous supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor’s feet. These gaskets must be devoid of any attachments and should lay perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a highly precise laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, as required by the customer;
8) Prepare a bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Position the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator at the wheel hub’s perimeter, allowing the probe to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the deviation of the outer circle is limited to a maximum of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Maintain the coupling end face within a 0.03~0.05mm tolerance;
11) Upon achieving alignment, thoroughly tighten the motor foot bolts, thereafter re-examine the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) With the motor idling test concluded, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to finalize the process.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of both 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, ensure the anchor bolts are securely tightened. Following mechanical (or trial) operation, it's crucial to loosen and then re-tighten these bolts for reinforced safety.
3.3.5 The impeller, a component of high-speed rotational prowess, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion, as such could irrevocably damage the compressor. Guarantee that the compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system’s steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these criteria must undergo immediate rectification. It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation units, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, upstream of the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure all import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. It is crucial that the pipelines linked to the compressor are supported by an independent bracket, preventing any undue burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation is thoroughly solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The strategic placement of the compressor's electric control cabinet should be no farther than 5 meters from the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be diligently executed using threading pipe, which should be carefully routed underground for maximum protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This ensures a robust and reliable system ready for operation.
