The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor, thereby transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant rise in temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials, inducing further evaporation. This ingenious method not only optimizes energy use but also facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization within the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on its designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust and ensure a perfectly level unit.
Strategically alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves a precise level, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 points to maintain stability. The wedge components should be
tailored and installed by the user, considering the actual conditions on site. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished, allowing seamless contact of inclined planes,
and the wedge iron's bearing capacity should remain at or below 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a reliable level to achieve meticulous leveling. The leveling precision for the unit demands that its axial level is maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise centering of the coupling by adhering to the following preliminary steps:
1) Ensure that the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow loosening, offering flexibility for motor adjustments;
6) Be prepared with an ample supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets, devoid of attachments, to fully cover the motor feet. Avoid using narrow or elongated gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Construct a supportive bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the illustrated guide below;

9) Attach a dial indicator to the outer edge of the motor wheel hub using the mounting bracket, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face for accuracy.
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are finely adjusted, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After operational or trial runs, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is vulnerable to damage from any solid or liquid ingress. To protect the compressor, ensure that connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be corrected promptly, with a recommendation to include solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Support the pipeline connected to the compressor with an independent bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, we can embark on the operation test of the compressor. This vital step ensures optimal functionality and integrity of the compressor system, paving the way for seamless operations.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a neat and safe setup, the wiring between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be meticulously connected through threading pipes that are buried underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, it is essential to interconnect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for a flawless integration and control experience.
