The core principle involves the secondary steam, emitted by the evaporator, being expertly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby raising both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resulting temperature increase allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it actively heats the materials to induce evaporation. This sophisticated cycle enables the recycling of latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure a perfectly level unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is level, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Users should design and install wedges tailored to their specific setup.
Ensure the contact surface is immaculate for even pressure distribution, as the inclined plane must support no more than 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling using a leveled tool. Unit axial leveling must be within 0.05/1000mm, while horizontal leveling must not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is critical. Before you begin, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply entirely;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, devoid of any debris or foreign matter;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fit under the motor. Gaskets should be clean and perfectly flat without using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) provided by the customer;
8) Have a stable bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket allows for precise placement of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, enabling accurate measurement of the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet until the compressor and motor center lines align precisely, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center is slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center for optimal alignment.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for any discrepancies;;
12) Once satisfied with initial tests, install the coupling intermediate section after confirming the motor idles smoothly.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, tighten all anchor bolts to secure the casing. After operating, or during trial runs, loosen and retighten the bolts for reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands that no foreign solid or liquid infiltrates it. Such incursions can lead to irreversible compressor damage. It is essential to maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines, meeting the required steam corrosion grade. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 For optimal installation, attach compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are as per the PI diagram. Support the pipeline using a separate bracket, as the compressor cannot bear the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan along with its supplementary apparatus has been thoroughly installed, and the concrete has achieved full solidification, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures optimal functionality and performance of the system.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, meticulously encased in threading pipe, should be routed underground to maintain a sleek and unobtrusive appearance. Following the installation of the electric control cabinet, connect its wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a reliable and efficient control system.
