Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly positioning the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit's level,
alternating two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
tailored and installed by the user to suit the specific situational needs. Ensure the contact surface is precisely finished for a seamless and even contact of the inclined
plane, while maintaining a bearing capacity of no more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The desired leveling specifications are: axial level precision of 0.05 per 1000mm, and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10 per 1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is precisely centered. Before commencing alignment, verify adherence to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power source;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's central section;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane for flawlessness, ensuring no foreign substances, dirt, or unwanted attachments are present;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt dimensions, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Have ample flat stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be immaculate and entirely flat. Refrain from using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (supplied by the customer);
8) Ensure the availability of a bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line, adhering to respective guidelines, ensuring the outer circle's maximum deviation is 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line positioned above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, revisiting to confirm the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout;
12) Following the motor's idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and casing alignment, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial operation, temporarily loosen, and then retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be shielded against any solid or liquid intrusion, which could inflict irreversible damage. Thus, the connected inlet and outlet pipelines must be pristine, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Should these pipelines fall short, rectification is imperative. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines should be fitted with appropriate accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure the linked pipelines are supported independently by an auxiliary bracket, abstaining from relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you can confidently proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures that every component is secure and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, securely encased in a threading pipe, needs to traverse underground to maintain a neat and safe setup. Once the control cabinet is precisely placed, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines extending to the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and control.
