3.3.1 To harness the exceptional capabilities of your Industrial Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, begin by securely positioning the compressor base onto a steadfast foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims below the base, expertly crafted to achieve precise leveling of the unit, ensuring immaculate performance.
Skillfully arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a staggered configuration for optimal stability. Once the perfect level is attained, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points, securing the foundation with precision. These wedges should be meticulously designed and installed by you, tailored to your unique circumstances, ensuring a smooth contact surface for uniform force distribution.
The contact surface must be finished to perfection, ensuring consistent contact across the inclined plane. It is imperative that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron is stringently maintained at no more than 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to meticulously calibrate the unit's balance. The demanding leveling standards dictate that the axial level should be set at 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing peerless precision.
3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment through these vital steps:
1) Prioritize safety by ensuring the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Proceed to carefully remove the coupling shield, ensuring gentle handling;
3) Delicately detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision, avoiding any damage;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is pristine and devoid of any foreign matter;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing for the necessary bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Amass a substantial supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to fortify the motor's base. These gaskets must be flawlessly flat, devoid of any attachments, and avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should provide, for precision alignment;
8) Prepare a robustly designed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Securely mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for accurate measurements;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to perfectly align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated in comparison to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then rigorously inspect the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) Following successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee smooth and flawless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts for secured stability. After mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring reliability and steadfast performance.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion that could potentially cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo necessary rectifications to comply.For optimal system integrity, it is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Begin by expertly installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential to ensure that the import and export pipelines are outfitted with the specific pipeline accessories as shown in the PI diagram. To maintain the integrity and performance of the compressor, the pipeline linked to it must be bolstered by an independent bracket. This precaution is vital to prevent any excessive load from impacting the compressor body, thereby safeguarding its efficiency and longevity.
3.3.7 After the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and once the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity and stability, you're ready to embark on the crucial and exhilarating phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This pivotal step is designed to ensure that every component is functioning flawlessly and that the system is primed for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring between the compressor and the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discreetly routed underground for a clean, uncluttered appearance. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed with precision to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This establishes a strong and reliable control link, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
