3.3.1 Lay the entire compressor base majestically upon the foundation, ensuring precision with wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath for impeccable leveling.
Elegantly position two wedge-shaped irons alternately; after achieving perfect leveling, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 distinct points. Remember,
the user is entrusted with the creation and installation of these wedges, customized to the specific scenario, with impeccably finished contact surfaces (ensuring
the inclined planes meet seamlessly). Note: The wedge iron's bearing capacity must remain under 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision. The unit's leveling requirements boast an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling precision by centering meticulously. Prior to alignment, confirm these essential steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it's devoid of debris, dirt, or extraneous attachments;
5) The motor's bolt hole should be ample compared to the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening and motor adjustment effortlessly;
6) Prepare an adequate number of stainless steel gaskets to generously cover the motor's foot. Ensure these gaskets are attachment-free and impeccably flat, avoiding thin, elongated gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to ensure precise alignment (provided by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the illustration below;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket accommodates a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe strategically placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line flawlessly (or as directed), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line positioned above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude with a meticulous tightening of the motor foot bolts, and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) With the alignment perfected, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, securely tighten all anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection from solids or liquids that could cause irreparable harm to the compressor. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Should any discrepancy arise, rectify promptly.For optimal safety, it is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach import and export pipelines using appropriate accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported by a separate bracket, never relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, the next thrilling step is to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks the beginning of a new era in high-performance efficiency.
3.3.8 It is recommended that the electric control cabinet of the compressor be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control cabinet should be meticulously routed through a threading pipe, which is elegantly laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, it's crucial to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal synchronization and control.
