This is achieved through the innovative reuse of secondary steam energy it generates. The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being expertly compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the secondary steam experiences an increase in pressure and temperature, which effectively returns it to the evaporator. This steam then heats materials, inciting evaporation, and thus facilitates the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a state-of-the-art piece of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its innovative main structure features an impeller that is seamlessly installed at the motor's shaft extension end. The rotor is supported directly by an oil film bearing, enabling a direct drive by the high-speed motor. This design brilliantly eliminates the need for a speed-increasing box and coupling, resulting in unparalleled performance and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by meticulously placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Ensure stability by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, specifically designed to adjust the unit level, and prepare for flawless operations.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, and after achieving a perfectly level unit, proceed to secure the wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user should custom manufacture and install these wedges based on the unique actual situation, ensuring the contact surface is expertly finished for even contact of inclined planes.
Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The leveling must meet exacting standards: an axial level precision of 0.05mm per 1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10mm per 1000mm.
These meticulous measurements ensure the unit is impeccably balanced.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is essential for optimal performance. Prior to aligning, confirm all prerequisite conditions are satisfied:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) With precaution, remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, removing any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments that may compromise the setup;
5) Verify that motor bolt holes are sufficiently large compared to the bolts, permitting easy loosening and adjustment for perfect motor alignment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. Ensure these gaskets are free from attachments and impeccably flat. Avoid using long, slender gaskets that might slip between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer;
8) Set up the bracket to support the dial indicator, following the visual guide provided below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge and place the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise measurements;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines perfectly. The maximum deviation allowed for the outer circle is a mere 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation tightly controlled between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Conclude by thoroughly tightening the motor foot bolts, then conduct a final review of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section once you've successfully completed the motor idling test.
3.3.4 After securing the unit's 'levelness' and achieving precise alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post successful mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.

3.3.5 Protect the impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, from any solid or liquid interference which could cause irreversible damage. It's paramount to maintain pristine cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, aligning with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short must undergo rectification. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should have its own support bracket, ensuring the compressor body itself never bears additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are perfectly installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidity, you'll be ready to conduct the compressor operation test with confidence. This crucial step ensures that all components are functioning flawlessly, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connection from the compressor to this cabinet should be meticulously managed using underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it's imperative to connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless and reliable control and monitoring.
