The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the secondary steam is returned to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation, creating a virtuous cycle. This process beautifully recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, making it an outstanding example of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a seamless integration, the compressor base must be meticulously positioned on the foundational platform. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfect the unit's level.
Arrange these wedges in an alternating sequence. Once the unit achieves an impeccable level, perform spot welding on the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points for unwavering stability.
These wedges should be custom-designed and installed by the user, adapting to the unique circumstances of the installation area. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for even and reliable contact.
The wedge's load-bearing capacity must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Precision is key; employ a level to ensure absolute balance. Requirements demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment in the coupling by adhering to the following meticulous procedure:
1) Securely disable the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield, enabling unfettered access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment with care;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane, ensuring it is pristine and free from any foreign matter or debris;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing convenient adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot. They must be spotless and perfectly flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets for insertion adjustments;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Securely install a bracket to hold the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe contacts the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Meticulously adjust the motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center line. Ensure the outer circle deviation stays within a precise 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line subtly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then verify the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for consistency;
12) Following the motor's idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section seamlessly.
3.3.4 Reassess and firm up the anchor bolts post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing. After a mechanical operation or trial run, release and re-tighten the bolts to secure perpetual firmness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion to avert irreversible damage. Therefore, it is paramount to maintain cleanliness and adherence to the system's steam corrosion grade within the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Should these conditions not be met, immediate rectification is essential.
Implement robust solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically positioned before the compressor inlet's straight pipe, to ensure uncompromised operational integrity.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate inlet and outlet pipes with the compressor. Installation must align with PI diagram specifications, ensuring that the pipeline's weight does not burden the compressor body, but is instead supported wholly by a separate bracket.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment is complete and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you can seamlessly transition into executing the compressor's operation test. This step ensures that every element of the Robust Overall Base Steam Compressor system is perfectly aligned and ready to deliver peak performance in wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 Ensuring optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless integration, the wiring must be meticulously connected through a threading pipe laid underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, make sure to precisely connect the cabinet's wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, solidifying an unbreakable link for superior operation.
