The core principle behind this innovative technology involves the high energy efficiency steam compressor compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, raising both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This rise allows the steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, heating the materials and initiating further evaporation. This cycle achieves an impressive recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage geard steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, comprising the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its design boasts a compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and reliability. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base perfectly on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level. These shims are essential for precision alignment.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons; once alignment is achieved, secure these wedges in place with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. Note:
The user must manufacture and install the wedges, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished to achieve even contact of the inclined plane.
Keep in mind: the bearing capacity of these wedges should not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to confirm the unit's level. The alignment specifications are crucial: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent requirements ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Achieving coupling precision: Before commencing alignment, adhere to the following essential protocols for safety and accuracy:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the mechanism;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Examine the motor's installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no debris, dirt, or foreign attachments compromise it;
5) The motor bolt holes must be adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for necessary adjustments;
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets for motor foot adjustments; they must be pristine and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for insertion adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor's wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle (with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face ranging from 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, firmly secure the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for utmost precision.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test for verification.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are confirmed, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operation, it is crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, complying with system steam corrosion grades. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
To further safeguard, the installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, is advisable before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, fit the pipelines with appropriate accessories. Crucially, support the pipeline independently; its weight must not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all related ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidification, you are ready to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and convenience, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly connected using threading pipes that are discreetly routed underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS seamlessly.
