10) Through the strategic adjustment of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to perfection. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains at 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the low-speed compressor shaft center line, and maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, revisiting and verifying the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for assurance;;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, solidifying your setup.
3.3.4 Elevate your setup by tightening the anchor bolts after the fine-tuning of alignment and levelness. Post mechanical operation, release these bolts momentarily, and secure them once more to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 Protect your investment with vigilance. The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be safeguarded from any entering solids or liquids which could cause irreversible harm. Ensure the cleanliness and system-specified steam corrosion grade of inlet and outlet pipelines. Should pipelines fall short, rectify immediately to maintain optimum efficiency.Suggested: Implement solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, to shield your system against potential contaminants.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. These pipelines should rest on separate brackets, ensuring their weight is not burdened on the compressor body, preserving longevity and performance.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidity, you can confidently proceed with the compressor's operational testing. This ensures everything is in prime condition for flawless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The essential wiring connecting the compressor to its control cabinet is recommended to utilize a threading pipe for underground installation, ensuring both safety and neatness. Post-installation of the electric control cabinet, it is crucial to seamlessly connect its wiring terminals with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, guaranteeing cohesive and reliable operation.
