9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket to securely attach the dial indicator on the wheel hub, with the probe positioned on the outer edge of the compressor hub.
10) By delicately adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft. Maintain a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) As the final step, secure the motor foot bolts and thoroughly inspect the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Complete the installation by fitting the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operation or trial run, it is crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires diligent care. Any foreign solid or liquid entering can inflict irreversible damage. Thus, it is essential to maintain the inlet and outlet pipelines in pristine condition, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be swiftly rectified. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Strategically install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines with independent brackets, as they must not bear any weight on the compressor body to avoid undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supportive equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can seamlessly proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is meticulously aligned and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet strategically within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For a streamlined and protected setup, ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is securely connected using threading pipes that run underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, efficiently link the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted connection.
