3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Ensure stability by placing wedge-shaped shims under the base, crucial for attaining a perfect level.
Alternate the two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is balanced, proceed to spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. Custom manufacture and install the wedges based on specific situational needs.
Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee uniform contact with the inclined plane and optimal support capabilities.
It's essential that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain accuracy. The unit's leveling precision demands an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Masterful Coupling Centering: Prior to aligning, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety assurance;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Confirm the motor installation surface's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign materials, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes should exceed bolt dimensions to allow loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets on hand to support the motor's base, ensuring they're devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Have the supporting bracket ready for the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent figure;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is instrumental for affixing a dial indicator on the hub edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to precision (or as instructed), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft's center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft's center line), coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securing the motor foot bolts firmly, and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for utmost accuracy;
12) Post an idle test of the motor, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following meticulous adjustments to both 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. Post-operation or trial run, revisit these bolts to ensure double-tightening for durable reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity rotating component, requires utmost care. Any solid or liquid intrusion can lead to severe, irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion grade specs. Rectify any pipeline discrepancies immediately.
Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Crucially, the compressor body must not bear the pipeline's weight; rely on separate supportive brackets.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its complementary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to seamlessly commence the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
