The fundamental principle of this technology is that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed by a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then returns the steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials efficiently, causing evaporation. This well-orchestrated cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, maximizing energy efficiency and resource conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base securely on its foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims are crucial for adjusting the unit's level with precision.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for stability. The wedge irons should be
crafted and installed by the user in accordance with the specific requirements of the site. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finished smoothly for uniform contact and that the inclined planes meet seamlessly.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired alignment. The leveling standards demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is vital. Prior to alignment, ensure these preparatory steps:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply.
2) Detach the coupling shield with care.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free from debris, dirt, or any foreign attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing easy loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Equip with sufficient flat stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. The gaskets should be pristine and flat; avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a precise dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Fit the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to house a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe touching the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Through careful adjustment of the motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a deviation not exceeding 0.05mm on the outer circle, with the motor shaft center slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face tolerance should be between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly. Reassess the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, reinforce the compressor casing by tightening the anchor bolts. Following initial mechanical or trial operations, retighten these bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible harm. Ensure all connecting pipelines are pristine and adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any pipelines falling short of these standards. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet to uphold integrity.
3.3.6 Properly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipelines should feature the necessary accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Always support the pipeline via a separate bracket, ensuring it doesn't burden the compressor body with its weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supportive equipment is finalized, and the concrete has reached full solidity, the Advanced Frequency Conversion Compressor is primed for an operational test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the compressor in sugar liquid drying applications.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for this state-of-the-art compressor should be strategically positioned within a radius of 5 meters from the compressor itself. The electrical connections should be routed underground using threading pipe, ensuring a seamless integration. Once the cabinet is securely in place, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to achieve optimal performance.
